1. How do i become a member ?
  Simply purchase any Amino Collagen products valued above $50 in a single receipt.
   
2. If i am a foreigner, will i be eligible for the AC Privilege Card ?
  No. Membership is open to all customers residing in Singapore only.
   
3. How long do i have to wait for the AC Privilege Card to be ready ?
  Processing of your application will take approximately 6 weeks. Your AC Privilege Card will be sent to you via post mail once application is approved.
   
4. Can i apply for more than 1 AC Privilege Card ?
  No. Each member can only registered once. Multiple applications from existing members will not be processed.
   
5. How do i activate my AC Privilege Card ?
  For application by form, members have to activate his/her AC Privilege Card online. Please click http://www.meiji.com.sg/membership/activate.php and fill in your privilege card number, create your user id and password and fill in your personal particulars.
   
6. How do i redeem AC Rewards ?
 

Step 1 : Please login with your user id and password to check that you have enough AC Rewards Points.
Step 2 : Select "Redeem AC Rewards".
Step 3 : Select the item(s) and quantity that you wish to redeem.
Step 4 : Click "Submit' button to complete your request.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. You will receive a letter from us to enable you to redeem your free AC Rewards.

   
7. Where can i collect my AC Rewards ?
  You can collect your AC Rewards at OG Orchard Point or location designated on the letter.
   
8. How long does it take for my AC Rewards Points to be credited ?
  Please allow approximately 1 week for your AC Rewards Points to be credited into your account.
   
9. How do i know my AC Rewards Points are credited ?
  Please login with your user id and password to check your AC Rewards Points.
   
10. Do i need to send/email the qualifying receipt(s) after i have login to claim my AC Rewards Points ?
  Yes. You need to send/mail the receipt(s) to Meiji Seika. AC Rewards Points will be rejected if receipt(s) is not send to us within 2 weeks from the submission date of points request.
   
11. When will my AC Rewards Points expire ?
  AC Rewards Points is valid for 2 years.
   
12. Can i scan and email my receipt(s) to Meiji Seika to claim my AC Rewards Points ?
  Yes. You can email the receipt(s) to meiji.seika@meiji.com.sg.
   
13. If i had lost my original receipt(s), however i still have my NETS/credit cards receipt(s). Could i use that to claim my AC Rewards Points or join membership ?
  No. NETS/credit cards receipt(s) is not accepted.
   
14. What if my AC Privilege Card is damaged, lost or stolen ?
  A $10 fee is chargeable for the replacement of damaged, lost or stolen card.
   
15. Where can i find out more about AC Membership and Rewards Program ?
