Instructions
| How to collect AC Rewards Points |
| Step 1 : |
Login into your account with user id and password. |
| Step 2 : |
Select "Request For AC Rewards Points". |

Step 3 :
|
Select the item(s) and quantity purchased. Click "Submit Request" button. |
| Step 4 : |
Enter receipt number, retailer and location of purchased. Click "Submit Request" button. |
| Step 5 : |
Please send in your original receipt either by mail to

or email to meiji.seika@meiji.com.sg within 2 weeks from the date of submission.
Indicate your full name, NRIC, contact number & privilege card number at the back of the receipt. |

Please allow approximately 1 week for your AC Rewards Points to be credited into your account. |
| Step 7 : |
You may start to use your points to redeem AC Rewards at http://www.meiji.com.sg/membership/product_redemption.php. |
| How to redeem your points for AC Rewards |
| Step 1 : |
Login into your account with user id and password. |
| Step 2 : |
Select "Redeem AC Rewards". |
| Step 3 : |
Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to redeem. Click "Submit Request" button. |
| Step 4 : |
Please allow approximately 1 week for processing. |
| Step 5 : |
You will receive a letter from us to enable you to redeem your free AC Reward(s) from selected retailer(s).^^^ |
