AC Rewards & Membership Program
Terms & Conditions
General |
| 1. |
The AC Rewards & Membership Program ("Rewards Program") is a loyalty scheme operated by Meiji Seika (S) Pte Ltd ("Meiji Seika") under which customers ("Members") accumulate points ("AC Rewards Points") by making qualifying purchases of Meiji Amino Collagen products ("AC Products") from participating outlets in Singapore. These Terms & Conditions govern the issue and redemption of AC Rewards Points until such time as the Rewards Program is suspended, determined or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Meiji Seika. |

| 2. |
The Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice to Members at the sole discretion of Meiji Seika. |

| 3. |
Members acknowledge and accept that the issuance of AC Reward Points and redemption of AC Products pursuant to the Rewards Program is not an entitlement (contractual or otherwise) but a privilege which may be withdrawn by Meiji Seika at any time. |

| 4. |
Any question or dispute arising out the Rewards Program shall be determined solely by Meiji Seika whose decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| How to Qualify |
| 1. |
Membership is open to all customers residing in Singapore who purchase AC Products at the qualifying level of 1 can of 200g, 214g refill pack or value exceed $50 in a single qualifying receipt.
- The qualifying receipt(s) will not be awarded for AC Rewards Points.
- AC Rewards Points will only be awarded for the next subsequent purchases.
- NETS/credit cards receipt(s) is not accepted.

Membership application will be rejected if qualifying receipt(s) is not send to us within 2 weeks from the date of application. |

| 3. |
A non-transferable AC Privilege Card will be issued to Members whose applications are accepted by Meiji Seika. AC Privilege Card remains the property of Meiji Seika who reserves the right, without prior notice or assigning any reason therefor, to decline its issue, re-issue, renewal or replacement and to suspend or terminate the privilege to use the card. |

| 4. |
AC Privilege Card shall be valid for 2 years from the date of issue. |

| 5. |
AC Privilege Card shall be valid for use in Singapore only and is not a credit card/cash card/warranty card. |
| |

| 6. |
AC Privilege Card will be sent to you via mail upon approval of application. |
| |
|
| 7. |
Meiji Seika shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the AC Privilege Card. A $10 fee is chargeable for the replacement of lost or damaged cards. |
| Accumulation of Points |
| 1. |
The number of AC Rewards Points awarded is calculated based on Singapore currency value of qualifying purchases of AC Products. AC Rewards Points will only be awarded for the subsequent purchases. |

| 2. |
AC Rewards Points may be accumulated through purchases of AC Products made by the Member or participation in other activities designated by Meiji Seika. |
| |

| 3. |
AC Rewards Points will be issued on Meiji Seika receiving Member's submission of original receipts of qualifying purchases made from participating retailers. Proof of postage shall not be proof of qualifying receipt received by Meiji Seika, unless duly acknowledged. |

|
| 4. |
AC Rewards Points issued and privileges extended to AC Privilege Card holders are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash. |
| Validity and Expiry of Points |
| 1. |
AC Rewards Points will be valid for the duration of the membership/ AC Privilege Card only. |
| |
|
| 2. |
AC Rewards Points will be rejected if qualifying receipt(s) is not send to us within 2 weeks from the submission date of points request. NETS/credit cards receipt(s) is not accepted. |

| 3. |
If membership/ AC Privilege Card is renewed before the expiry date, unused AC Rewards Points may be brought forward but must be utilized within 6 months of membership renewal. |
| |
|
| 4. |
Upon the expiry or termination of membership/ AC Privilege Card, all unused AC Rewards Points shall be forfeited. |
| |
|
| 5. |
In the event that Meiji Seika suspends or terminates the Rewards Program, Members will be given 1 month from the notice of termination to redeem AC Rewards Points. |
| Rewards Redemption |
| 1. |
The AC Products online reward catalogue explains the procedures and the number of points required for you to claim a reward. Meiji Seika does not warranty the availability of any rewards and rewards may vary from their description on the catalogue. |

| 2. |
Members may only redeem rewards up to the value of current AC Rewards Points balance. |
| |
|
| 3. |
Once a request for a reward has been submitted, the order may not be cancelled and points deducted will not be reversed. The reward cannot be returned or exchanged for another reward. |
| |
|
| 4. |
Meiji Seika reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace any reward item with another product deemed by Meiji Seika to be of similar value in the event of unavailability. |
| Benefits & Privileges |
| 1. |
By participating in the Rewards Program, the Member consents to Meiji Seika using contact information provided by the Member, including email, postal address and phone numbers, to offer products and services that are likely to be of interest to the Member and to inform the Member of membership benefits, privileges, updates and/ or promotions. |

| 2. |
Members must present their AC Privilege Card in order to receive membership benefits. |
| Account Renewal |
| 1. |
For renewal, Members have to purchase either 1 can of 200g, 214g refill pack or other qualifying AC Products exceeding the value of $50 in a single qualifying receipt and to submit the application for renewal prior to the date of expiry of the AC Privilege Card.
- The qualifying receipt(s) will not be awarded for AC Rewards Points.
- AC Rewards Points will only be awarded for the next subsequent purchases.
- NETS/credit cards receipt(s) is not accepted.

| 2. |
If no application for renewal is received by Meiji Seika before the date of expiry, the membership/ AC Privilege Card shall cease absolutely. To enjoy membership benefits, Member is required to submit fresh membership application according to the qualifying criteria as set out in the Terms & Conditions. |

| 3. |
Member may terminate the account by giving notice in writing. Upon termination of account, Member will cease to be eligible to receive any marketing collateral or participate in any Amino Collagen events. Any outstanding AC Rewards Points shall be forfeited upon termination. |
